Hannibal was a pretty poor book and the film made it even worse..... :o/ I did wonder whether Red Dragon was just a remake of Manhunter (one of my favourite gory movies), but they've been hamming up the Lecter end of the story on TV and in the press that I was beginning to doubt myself.....
