In the state of Kentucky, in 1999, which was the last completed report

There were a total of 203 homicides in the entire state. Here we have
conceal and carry laws.

129 (64%) involved a gun
The others used knives, bare hands, and others stuff, for instance in
Kentucky it is a homicide if you kill somebody while driving under the
influence, and I know a few of those happen each year.

The city of Lexington had a total of 24 Murders, doesn't say how many were
gun related, but if I remember correctly, not all of them.

My point here, when you break it down by state and city, you find that
there a real problem spots, where there is a high population, a lot of
people in a small place, sub-par inner cities (regardless of the races of
people), and a number of other factors.

If we could clean up our cities, crime would fall dramatically.
