My feelings in the smoking argument. If you don't like smoking don't go to restaurants and bars that allow. Don't go to peoples houses that smoke. Don't get in their cars. If you want to make smoking illegal on the sidewalk that's fine with me, but allow private business to have their own smoking policy. The anti-smoking laws in NY are insane as far as I am concerned. I do not think it's right for me to enforce my smoking on you, that's wrong, but so is your enforcing your non-smoking on me.
But then again I also think most if not all drugs should be legal.
