*thinks* Okies....how about this..
An airplane.. A big super airplane with highspeed propulsion to take it into space...and then back down. And have about 5 that they keep switching each flight so each is in almost tip top state when they take out. And...an EMF generator...that generates super intense EMF fields that can repel..stuff...
