Bordeaux (the red as well as the white), is classically served slightly
chilled 60 degrees is about right. I've also found that Cotes-du-Rhone do
quite well at "cellar temperature" though I find Australian Shiraz and Cabs
do not (Closer to 67-68 for them).

Currently on my "must save" list is a '96 Columbia Winery Red Willows
Cabernet Sauvignon as well as a vertical of Penfold's Bin 28 Kalimna
(Shiraz) 1996-2000 (only one bottle of each... drank all the rest...yum!!)

Just expanded my cellar space so that I could rack all the bottles I've just
had sitting in cases. Usually we drink through them before I have to worry
about shuffling the storage, but lately I've been buying faster than we can
drink...
