So to extend your own argument, Dana, why then is the right to keep and bear
arms not an individual right?

what difference to you see between freedom of speech for the individual and
freedom of speech for the press? They are both speech and the are both
protected by the first amendment. If you are going to say that they are
clearly separate because they are clearly listed separately in the
language, then I guess there is no arguing with that.

Out of curiousity do you consider the Patriot Act constitutional? What abot
Patriot 2?
