One simple question for you. What is to stop the next Mozart from releasing his music on the net? If Mozart 2.0 decides to sell his music to Sony, guess what, it's his choice. Just because you have the secret to the meaning of life does not mean you have to share it. An artist creates something and should have the right to share it if he or she wishes. Let's say we force artists to give up their works after 75 years. What if they chose NOT to share their work at all?
