*shrug*

That's just what the calculator said. I've now looked at other
calculators, and they say the difference isn't quite so drastic. I
dunno. I will say though that I've spent plenty of time in the D.C. area
and homes are more expensive and I had to do a lot more driving to get
anywhere and pay more for parking.
