I'm so far afield of all my friends and everyone on the list...
I'd buy a _LARGE_ acreage hopefully someplace in rural Colorado or possibly Australia.
Build a large communal dwelling (at _minimum_ ten bedrooms each large enough to
comfortably sleep 2 people with a moderate amount of personal belongings), with a
large "commercial" grade kitchen, dining area, and common rooms. Solar power, passive
ventilation (to eliminate the need or desire for constant central air), windmills for
moving water and geothermal heat. Arts / crafts lab, large library with a handfull
(3-ish) good workstations with internet access (direc PC if nothing else). Set up all
the necessaries for sustainable communal food growing (green house to help defend
against frost and drought), and start seeking and inviting like-minded settlers
starting with all my current friends who wouldn't come because none of them are
like-minded in that respect. :)

Buy my dad a nice 22-foot sailboat. Just big enough for him and mom to go
out on it for the night.
Buy a house in the Mac/Groveland area of St. Paul outright.
Go back to college indefinately with no plans to graduate.
Write really spiffy little programs and stuff.
Travel every summer.
Fund computer education in every middle school in Southeast KY.
