My grandfather used to sell Aetna insurance policies as part of his job at Shelton-Bowles Insurance in Dallas, so he always said they were pretty good
:-) 'course that was near 25 years ago. Personally I have experience with many different versions of BC/BS and some implementations have been super-cool and others BS as the name implies.
