florida.... there's your problem.

Is this a public school? What city? When I was in Jacksonville someone
finally explained to me that the average voter in Florida is 95 years old
and school funding is just not a priority :) We moved across the state line
to Georgia and all school behavior problems miraculously disappeared :) If
it's a public school, consider private, or home school if it is at all an
option financially :)
