lol the only thing i hope is all the people saying how fun it is to like
up pot are not big anti-smokers since that would make me laugh my ass
off.

Neither is good for you life is best served when you can be happy
without resorting to crutches like drugs, booze, etc etc.

Recreational use is not what i'm talking about (even though its bad for
the health but what isn't now adays)
LIke the pothead guy, or the alcoholic guy or the gambler guy, these
crutches some people have to have to make it through life its very sad
to see.
I wish less people resorted to that sort of crutches to keep themselves
up. I used to do it myself, the computer was my crutch games, computers,
internet it would keep me preoccupied and i would be happy. If there was
ever a time all my buddies were offline i would play a game, if i
couldn't find something good i would find myself getting depressed and
it was not good. But i knew from the time i was 15-17 ish after my mom
got taken to the hospital that i am alot like her in many ways and i had
to work to fix the problems. I denied it for a couple years until i
started to see a counselor and its been much better. Still bad days but
anyone will have a bad days.

Only thing that does suck if you go for life insurance they are very
curious in why you goto see a counselor. I was pretty put off by them
asking me about that so that i could get life insurance but i guess i
understand their point.

If you have depression man, go see a counselor its really better then
just being stuck on meds. Counseling and meds together might be good but
go see a counselor before you talk to the doctors. It will probably take
a little bit to get comfortable and open up but once you can open up and
be honest they can really help you.
You can't be scared to admit things to yourself that you know are true
but you can not say them. I will give you a few prayers and such and you
can always call day or night if you need 954-461-1284. That goes for
anyone, even my gelly bear!!!. Ever need to talk call anytime middle of
the night or whatever i will listen and no worries (cause i probably
wont remember it in the morning lol).

Good luck to you but yea it starts to get better after you realize there
is a problem and you are willing to work at solving whats got you so
upset and sad.

You know, up here in Chicago with winter barrelling closer every day -
that sounds perfect.
