Just a warning to check around before trying any alternative
medications: look out for possible conflicts with other medication.
It's becoming a huge problem as this stuff becomes more popular.  Since
most of this stuff doesn't need FDA approval it's sold as "effective but
harmless" but either it's "useless and harmless" or "potentially useful
and potentially dangerous".

Anything with an active ingredient should be checked for drug
interactions before using.

Hm.  What does olbas oil do?

I'm asking because I'm getting a sinus infection (again) and because I'm

diabetic can't take decongestants.

Also, because I'm on an SSRI, I can't take cough medicine.  For me,
colds suck a lot.

If you have any other holistic reccomendations (other than ecchinecia
which makes me feel "out of it") I'd appreciate it.
