with echinecia (the second because I didn't know it was in the tea). I
generally stay away from anything designed to work on the brain (ginko
et al). In general, I try to stay away from anything not thoroughly
studied.
Generally, my recipie for cold medicine includes metric s#!t tonnes of
vitamin C, B complex, hot herbal or decaf tea, boiling showers,
Benadryl, and lots and lots (16-20 hours a day) of sleep.
But that doesn't stop me from being curious. And that curiosity turns
up good ideas like eucalyptus oil in the bath. :-)
