What's the point of the question? Does it give me the right to kill as a
private citizen or as a member of a jury, armed services, or police?
If you're trying to say that people ignore the Constitution all the time,
and therefore it's status quo, I think you may be glossing over the
difference between how the Constitution applies to people acting on behalf
of the government and people acting as private citizens.
