But by definition;

Vapourware:
Vapourware is software that is not yet written. It is part of modern
marketing: you tell people there is a cool product that they need, and
you count the number of people that calls you to get more information.
If that number is high enough, you might actually go ahead and turn the
Vapourware into real software.

Since it HAS been built, even in a prototype form, it is NOT vapourware
