You should look at your mail server software and make sure you are not
an open relay. If someone is relaying mail through your server then that
will get you blacklisted very quickly and you won't get off the list
until the relay is shut off. If you go to spamcop.net you can see
details of why you were blacklisted if you are in their database. There
are also like 4 or 5 other places that do the same thing as spamcop.
Also check out mail-abuse.org I think it is.
