It can be done, but it would have to be $1.25 per ticket to cover the cost of
PayPal's fee for handling the transaction.  This because the Ticket cost is not
discountable.

Again there was no grand Prize winner for the Texas Lotto last night and the
Saturday drawing will be for more than $70 million.

Friday's Megamillions will also be in excess of $70 million.
