I lost my entire collection of vinyl when moving from Wisconsin to Oregon 10 years ago--it was stolen out of the back of our UHaul. It was a pretty traumatic event for me actually, as I had a lot of time and money invested in it. Not to mention the sentimental value. I started to try to recreate my collection somewhat and have about 3 full milk crates of LPs, but I ended up going the way CDs. Now I'm almost all digital and even my CDs pretty much collect dust. My iPod has replaced it all.
