Candice,

Anxiety and Depression are closely related. In my master's thesis (and this
is off the top of my head, so I might be off by a bit), I found a
correlation of around .60 between a standardized depression and a
standardized anxiety measure. If you're intereted the thesis is at

If you're into such things as yoga and progressive relaxation, those can
really help when you're feeling anxious.
