Ok, so most of you saw the post where I got a new job offerred on 3 March. The new job has a ton more responsibility and a hefty compensation increase, for which I am happy.

However, it was not the biggest news of the day...

Quick Quiz:

Any of you know what the failure rate of a bi-lateral tubal ligation is?

If you answered 0.5%, give yourself a muffin.

Why do I know this?

Well, it's because my wife had one 3.5 years ago when our son was born. He was going to be our third (and last) child. But I guess Mother Nature didn't think so, because on the night of 3 March she woke me up to show me a pregnancy test. A POSITIVE pregnancy test.

Now, after a stressful week (in which we had to get many tests and an ultrasound to ensure that the pregnancy was not ectopic (tubal)) we know that we have a normal, healthy pregnancy! (well, normal in all aspects except that it's NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN AT ALL!!!:))

Strange, surreal days, but I am soooo happy!

Thanks for letting me share!
