Yep. And it's one of the reasons why Kerry bothers me. But keep in mind that
even if the Clinton administration believed there were WMD, they didn't
coerce Congress to go to war about it. There's also a difference between
someone who, when confronted with the truth, is outraged that they too had
been duped vs. someone who continues to recite the lie and tries to continue
duping others.
