The Criterion Edition of Brazil is as good as it gets.

I think it's the complete film, but there have been several different edits
of it so I'm not sure if it's the one you're thinking of.
The Criterion is supposed to be much better than the previous release, but
it's apparentlyl not perfect. The biggest issue to me is that Amazon
describes it as "Widescreen Letterbox" instead of anamorphic.
