I've gotten a number of calls from recruiters that were pretty obviously outsourced Indian callcenter employees who were dialling for dollars. As a rule, I hang up on them as quickly as possible. I have also gotten emails that used less than native English, which I delete just as quickly. Sorry, but if they don't care enough to communicate properly and effectively, I don't care enough to respond.
