I've been telecommuting full-time for about a year now. Aside from the social interaction, I've not seen anything that I can't do that someone in house can.

IMO this is something that will change within the next couple of years - telecommuting 2-3 days per week will just be one of those things that most knowledge workers do. Of course there are some jobs and environments where that's simply not an option, but my guess is such places are relatively few.
