Right. So a generic "reply" button on the forum side would be served by 
saying "Reply to sender" instead of a generic reply button.

I never went to the forum side, so I have no idea if this is how it's 
set up already or not. Just wanted to point out that cf-jobs shouldn't 
be treated like a normal forum thread is all. :)
