Agreed on all counts.  I commute to D.C., and if it wasn't for the
difference in $$$ just between D.C. and Maryland... I'd have quit commuting
ages ago.  It is a rotten commute whether you drive or take MARC.

2 months ago, and then about 2 years before that on 395, I can believe it.
