Well, I'd advise that you don't apply. I also suggest that you take another look at the CF market in DC. 60k is very high for a corporate cf job. The only jobs paying more than that are for the government and require a clearance. I def don't want to point out any names, but there are a number of well know CF shops in the area who won't pay more than 70k for a 'guru'.
