I believe you can just install standard and then use an ent serial key.

Thanks.  Will we have the option of installing CF Standard rather than 
Enterprise from the trial download?  Since we'll be running CF Standard 
I'd just as soon not have to deal with (or even see) any Enterprise 
configuration stuff.
