I e-mailed Ben Forta about it ages ago (don't have his reply) but I think it
came down to the fact that Allaire originally bundled Crystal Reports on the
ColdFusion CD but, perhaps due to the cost of licensing it, as from 4, they
didn't.
Perhaps Ben only found out about this after the contents of CFWACK 4 were
finished.
