AFAIK this is an old chestnut with the resounding answer "no". I've an inkling there are something hardly-worth-it workarounds to prevent people from using the View Source function in their browsers, and I believe these rely on JavaScript. So all the intrepid cracker has to do is... disable JavaScipt!
