AFAIK this is an old chestnut with the resounding answer "no". I've an
inkling there are something hardly-worth-it workarounds to prevent people
from using the View Source function in their browsers, and I believe these
rely on JavaScript. So all the intrepid cracker has to do is... disable
JavaScipt!

In the end hiding HTML from users mostly means hiding it from the browser,
i.e. not much point!
