How do you see UltraDev working in your current development environment?
Where do you prefer it over Studio or other tools?
Is it worth getting and if so for what reasons?

The question was about databases, not servers. In ultradev you RDS by using
the SITE feature which is more or less a live FTP. When you are connecting
to a remote server the datasources are already set up on that machine.
