Have you checked to make sure there is no firewall software or any security software? Rather vague, but I tried to install CFMX with TCP/IP advanced security limiting the open ports.....it would install, but not completely. Once I disabled this, reinstalled, then re-enabled, I had no problems. Sorry, my brain is fried and I'm having difficulties explaining.
