Thanks Matt. This seems like it will work well for me as well. 
I just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something insane by having 15
DW Sites going to one domain/site.

Also depends on how you want to work on the site. You can in fact do
both 
and I do that. I have one overall site and one for each area. I use the

smaller sites most of the time, but sometimes the bigger one is easier
for 
some tasks.
