Really, WHY is irrelevant.  It's the fact that it's going to be that way
because it's been found to work the best for this audience and it's
their request.

Yeah, it should be, but it doesn't much matter since it's commented out
and not being used.  'Twas a cut-and-paste error on my part, but again,
it's commented out and the error page would have been easy enough to
fix.
