You kidding? MS is all about capturing the user install base (Windows, IE etc..)...and Flash is the most widely distributed run time...more so than windows.
Another attractive aspect is the Dreamweaver user base... I would be very distraught, although not surprised, if MS has been considering MM for a long time... Vivre la resistance!
