Jeezo, you must have ALOT of money if you are planning to use MSCMS or CommonSpot.
Have you thought about NQContent? its actually pretty good, but the documentation is v.poor. The community is medical (but not real tech savvy, particularly at the lower levels) with lots of committees, minutes and reports (the main use I saw for Contribute was secretaries publishing committee reports, minutes, & research results from Word .docs in a standard format that is both a good display but also printer ready).
