We are having an issue with our server - we are frequently getting 404 messages for pages we know exist, and if we do a refresh right away the page loads fine.
I've searched through the CFAdmin options for anything that might be related to this (caching?), but nothing obvious has jumped out at me. I don't believe the issue would be with IIS, but am checking through there too. Any hints are appreciated....
