Hi, A client of mine has need to securely connect to a remote SQL Server database from a set of ColdFusion 5.0 applications. VPN is not an option.
Can anyone suggest some alternatives? Is there a way to invoke a secure (i.e. encrypted) connection via ODBC? Any recommended third-party solutions?
