Perhaps MM might take a clue from a long standing practice by Microsoft for Registered users, and that is to send updater files via CD-ROM in snail mail.
This is not needed for small files and patches, but for updaters that are over, say 5 MBytes in size. ===================================== Douglas White group Manager mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.samcfug.org ===================================== ----- Original Message ----- From: "Joshua Miller" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "CF-Talk" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Friday, March 21, 2003 12:34 AM Subject: RE: CFMX Updater 3 Released | We don't all have the luxury of that kind of bandwidth.
