Generally if called on it? Most netadmins can't give good a reason why flash
version is antiquated/disabled.

On the other hand, if called about it, its entirely likely  that they'll
just ignore your good and valid points entirely and say 'it will be made
availible in line with deparmtmental policy revisions as required, formal
requests for review can be submitted in tripplicate the following 900
locations for inspection. Upon completion of reviews of the reviews of these
reviews  by a triumvirate or flatulent crack monkeys, presuming of course
that it passes the inspection from 3 half blind drunk hobo's dragged in from
the streets, I'll think about it when I get time.'

Which roughly translates to 'You'll get it when I feel like it'.

Not that I'm bitter ;>
