The question was in the case of hard drive or OS failure (which in general, 
one doesn't know about in advance), how hard was it to reactivate?  The FAQ 
says it might do it on it's own, or I might have to call support - my 
question was:  Will support be a 10 to 20 minute call, as it is to MS, or 
will it be faster?

I was also wondering if the price has gone done.
