I've got my machine set up to run CFMX, CF5, and BlueDragon all off a single instance of IIS (I.E. using the same port). It works great, but takes a bit of a setup. I wouldn't recommend it on production servers, but it is perfect for development.
I co-wrote an article (with Charlie Arehart) on this. I believe it will be in the next issue of CFDJ.
