Since I set it up maybe 18 months ago, email-borne virii are something other people have to worry about. It's a whole different a/v threat picture when you take your email client off the front lines. 'Course you can't do this if you are on a shared host. I would argue that in this day and age an ISP that doesn't provide this service is substandard.
