Dude that is so (_!_) What is the name of your company so I never refer or sign up a client with them.
I would hate to find out you blocked email or other service from getting through to your clients (or someone else's) just because someone used PING. Lots of program use PING to test for server connection and so do techs just doing routine troubleshooting. Oh and it wouldn't be PING 6 times, you would only have to start the ping program twice to be locked out and just over 4 times to be reported. That is a poor thought out policy that will do nothing buy jam up the judicial system and piss a lot of clients off if carried through.
