A big 'me too' on Imail. Used by a lot of ISP's. Its most commonly touted benefit, I believe, is its almost ridiculous ease of use when you are dealing with a large number of domains and users. A full-featured solution with web mail and pretty much everything else you need.
Make sure you check out the anti-spam and anti-virus add-in Declude (http://declude.com). The spam system is light-years beyond Ipswitch's Gen1 offering (I have it turned off and use Declude exclusively) and its anti-virus, when used with F-Prot Anti-Virus, is a *tiny* fraction of the cost of Ipswitch's McAfee add-in.
IMS is pretty well-regarded in CF circles (http://coolfusion.com), and appears to have some newer, lower-cost alternatives. One of these days I'll probably buy IMS-SE to run my clients' CF mailings and take the load off of Imail.
