Off the top of my head, I might suggest Director or Central as possible
solutions. I'd guess that Director would do everything that you need. Or,
you might look at cross-platform general-purpose programming languages like
Java or Python and cross-platform windowing toolkits like SWT, wxWindows,
wxPython, Tk.
