RETS is the standard in the MLS industry.

Basically, if the MLS system supports RETS you should be able to perform queries via the web service.

Subject: Web service for MLS (Multiple Listing Service...houses)
Does anyone know of a webservice for MLS? I am wanting my client be able to list all of her houses based off of what is in the MLS database. Has anyone done anything like this?
Thanks,
Brian
