If you're using windows DNS, you can move the data files directly from
server to server.  They're stored (in BIND format) in
%systemroot%\etc\drivers\dns or something like that.  I don't have a
windows server to go look on, but it's some permutation of those three
directory names under your winnt or winnt\system32 directory.

I believe you still have to import each file individually, but I
haven't used it in years, so it might have gotten better (just dump
the files in the directory and it might pick them up for you).
