I have a couple CFCs I use for this. I bind to the LDAP interface of AD with
a username and password.. The object is loaded into the application scope
where I then do things like...

application.oAD.getPermission()
application.oAD.getObjectByID()
application.oAD.getEmail()

etc..

I pass the username and password in when the object is created.. although
you could hard code it inside your CFC.....
